Purpose and Objective of Job:

For the execution of our premium support services we are looking for Technical Quality Manager (TQM) . As a TQM you will act as SAPs front office lead within the customers ITProject organization. You will architect the service plans to the customers needs and head the service delivery. You will be involved in the customers SAP projects as a supervisor from SAPs point of view thus proactively safeguarding implementations upgrade and supporting operation improvement. It will be your responsibility to create and maintain a trustful and cooperative relationship between the customer and SAP on project level.

Expectations and task of the job:

As TQM you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Understand the customers solution landscape and business processes
  • Acquire the role of a trusted advisor inside the customer organization
  • Create detailed engagement and service delivery plans and drive their execution
  • Understand SAP premium engagements services and methodologies
  • Conceptualize execute and track projects that are in line with our organizational framework
  • Coordinate involvement of SAP Support resources onsite and in the back office
  • Identify top issues define action plan accordingly and drive the resolution process
  • Report to management and executive level

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • SAP Technology/ Basis Application experience
  • SAP consultant or development experience (SAPProject Manager or Operation manager experience preferred)
  • Excellent customer / escalation management skills
  • Proven ability to work with customers on project- and senior management level
  • Japanese native
  • Fluency in English

  • SAPプレミアムエンゲージメントのサービスプラン(実行計画)の作成および提供
  • SAPプレミアムエンゲージメントのサービスおよびサービス方法論を理解する
  • お客様プロジェクトや運用状況を鑑みDBSサービスチームとの協業連携
  • SAPコンサルタントサポートコンサルタントとの協業連携
  • 最重要課題管理解決管理
  • お客様SAP DBSマネジメントエグゼクティブへの適切なレポートおよび共有

スキルおよびコンピテンシー:

  • 大卒以上
  • SAPテクノロジーベーシスまたはアプリケーション知識およびいずれかの導入運用経験
  • SAP関連のプロジェクト運用マネージャ経験コンサルタント開発経験でも可
  • お客様との関係管理およびSAP社内関係者とのエスカレーション管理
  • コミュニケーション能力お客様のプロジェクトチームシニアマネジメントレベルとの建設的な議論会話ができる
  • 日本語ネイティブ
  • 英語(業務の会話が可能なレベル)
