This position is a support resource for project related financial functions as it relates to establishing project files reconciliation of client transactions and recordkeeping management.

Temporary position from approximately mid-May through end of July/beginning of August 2026.

Position to work in the Fenton office

What Youll Be Doing

Request format analyze and distribute various reports as directed
Establish maintain and track storage of project files and related documents in accordance with company policy
Ongoing tracking compliance and retention of signed supplier contracts
Allocate and track costs across program series

What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree in Accounting /Finance or current student majoring in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
Course work in college in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
Good working knowledge of spreadsheet applications. Intermediate skills with Excel required.
Strong organizational skills required.
Professional oral and written communication skills required.
Must be able to handle multiple assignments.
Must be able to work in Fenton office 5 days a week.

Things You Should Know

This position is based in our Fenton MO location
Temporary position working approximately 40 hours a week from Mid-May through end of July/beginning of August. Must have consistent availability during this time.
