Team Toyota is looking for a proven Used Car Manager to join our leadership team.

Gurley Leep is a high-volume dealership delivering 150200 used vehicles per month and part of a successful dealer group. Were searching for a driven leader who understands inventory merchandising pricing strategy and maximizing grosses while maintaining strong turn. Duties and Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or high-level desk manager
Strong appraisal and buying skills
Experience managing high-volume used inventory
Knowledge of Auto or inventory management tools preferred
Strong leadership and accountability mindset
Ability to operate in a fast-paced dealership environment
Requirements:
- Must be insurable by Company insurance carrier
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Two years of automotive sales experience
- One year in a dealership management position
- Excellent communication skills. Excellent managerial skills
