The impact youll make
This incumbent will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruitmentthroughout the organization and assists in promoting a strong employment brandand ensuring a positive candidate experience by creating a high touchenvironment. He/She will also help to develop and execute recruitment strategiesthrough regular communication with Hiring Manager and candidates.
What youll do
- Help develop and execute to recruitment strategies
- Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting requisitions
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers
- Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes tosupport a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Pre-screens resumes and partner Hiring Manager in interviews anddocuments candidate evaluation and interview process
- Negotiates and/or supports Hiring Manager in developing new hirecompensation package/offers
- Conduct employment background checks
- Provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources
- Develop support and maintain college recruiting affirmative action and career development programs
- Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison withimmigration attorneys
- Work on TA related projects when assigned
- Take on ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
Who were looking for
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgement and maintains high confidentiality
- Good time management follow through and ability to multi-task
- Keen eye for detail and meticulous in his/her work
- Strong knowledge and experience using social media (IG/ LinkedIn)

On-site Flex youll work 3 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex youll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location and remotely the rest of the time.
