Job summary:
Polaroid is looking for a Senior Art Director to join our in-house creative team in Amsterdam.
This is a role for a conceptual thinker and exceptional visual designer. Someone who can develop strong campaign ideas together with a copywriter but who also enjoys crafting the work themselves from concept to execution.
Youll play a key role in shaping how the Polaroid brand shows up in the world: across campaigns product launches and the evolving visual identity of the brand.

Key responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts for campaigns and product launches together with a copywriter and the creative director.
Translate ideas into clear and compelling visual directions.
Design and craft campaign assets across channels (digital social brand launch materials etc.)
Help shape and evolve Polaroids visual identity and brand narrative.
Collaborate closely with our in-house photographer producer and art buyer on shoots and productions.
Lead the visual development of campaigns from concept through execution.
Ensure a consistent high-level craft across everything we create.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience as an Art Director ideally on the agency side.
A strong portfolio that shows both conceptual thinking and excellent design craft.
Ability to develop ideas and visualize them beautifully.
Strong typography layout and visual storytelling skills.
Experience working on brand campaigns and product launches.
Comfortable working hands-on in design tools.
Passion for photography image-making and visual culture.
Collaborative mindset no egos and a strong team player.
Curious thoughtful and detail-oriented.
Experience working on the brand side is a plus but not required.
