Job Summary
- repair of detached springs (both light & heavy duty)
- modification of existing springs to meet customer requirements
- custom fabrication of complete springs
- building main leaves
- punching & trimming blank leaves
- bending U-bolts
- repair of all types of truck suspension components
- cleaning of work area & general housekeeping
- other tasks as assigned by shop foreman
Qualifications :
- must be able to speak read & write fluently in English
- must have good mechanical aptitude
- previous cutting torch experience an asset
- position involves heavy lifting
- previous welding an asset
- previous spring assembly an asset
