Application Support (Presencial)
Job Summary
As an Application Production Support you will play a key role in managing incidents service requests and infrastructure maintenance activities within a 24/7 production support environment. You will work collaboratively in a shift-based team to ensure service quality and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incidents service requests and infrastructure maintenance tasks
- Review and create application support knowledge articles
- Ensure production deliverables align with standards and best practices
- Support batch processing and resolve production incidents
- Analyze system logs to identify infrastructure and application issues
- Monitor services manage alerts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server Administration
- Knowledge of Middleware technologies (e.g. WAS Tomcat)
- Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting PowerShell or Python for automation
- Basic knowledge of Autosys (job creation and modification)
- Strong understanding of batch processing and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and ITIL practices
- Good communication skills in English (oral & written)
Additional Information :
