Supply Chain Director (mwd)

About your Tasks:

• Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecasts optimal inventory levels and strong product availability across all markets and warehouses.
• Drive inventory performance by minimizing out-of-stock risks improving stock rotation and effectively managing forced purchases.
• Embed data-driven forecasting and planning processes continuously improving accuracy efficiency and overall performance.
• Manage supplier relationships to secure supply continuity mitigate risks and strengthen operational collaboration.
• Lead and develop a team (5 direct 35 indirect reports) fostering capability building and high performance.
• Act as a key connector across the organization driving strong internal stakeholder management to align demand supply and operational priorities. Partner closely with Commercial Operations Category Management Strategic Procurement Logistics and Pharma Operations to ensure seamless coordination of demand plans supply continuity and warehouse capacities. Engage with senior leadership across Operations & Supply Chain to align on planning strategies performance targets and business priorities.

Qualifications :

About you:

• At least a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent field. 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning supply planning forecasting or inventory management. 
• Ability to analyse and interpret planning inventory and supply data to drive decisions. 
• Proven experience leading teams and driving crossfunctional alignment in a supply chain environment. 
• Demonstrated success managing multiwarehouse or multicountry planning operations. 
• Experience in e-commerce environment
