Job Summary
1. Reconcile and prepare the Schools annual budget;
2. Review monitor and manage the Schools budgets (academic research investment);
3. Monitor the Schools monthly and annual budget implementation;
4. Collect interpret and review the financial information of the School;
5. Predict future trends in the Schools budget;
6. Produce financial reports related to budgets account payables account receivables expenses etc.;
7. Develop cost calculation of the Schools academic and non-academic programs based on these reports;
8. Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risks of the School;
9. Analyze market trends and competitors
10. Organize and participate in the Universitys and Schools events;
Perform other related duties as required by the Management Team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor/Specialist or Master degree in the following fields: Finance Management Economics Accountancy Mathematics Business Administration or other fields related to the position.
Minimum 7 years work experience in the areas relevant to functional duties of the given position. Work experience in international companies or with a multicultural community is preferred.

3. High numeracy and sound technical skills;
4. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles;
5. Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and as a member of an international team;
6. Problem-solving skills and initiative;
7. Demonstrated organizational skills;
8. Flexibility and adaptability to changing and challenging environments.
Fluency in Kazakh Russian and English (oral and writing skills).
Advanced and confident user of MS Office (high proficiency in Excel is strictly required) 1C Предприятие
