Job Summary

The Confirmed Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large-scale software development or multidisciplinary initiatives from conception to delivery. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams managing project risks ensuring adherence to quality and timeline expectations and acting as a key partner for internal and external stakeholders. A background or exposure to financial audit processes is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation planning execution monitoring closure)
  • Define project scope schedules resource plans and budgets.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers analysts QA designers vendors business experts).
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  • Identify assess and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
  • Understand software development methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall).

Required Profile

  • Masters degree in engineering Computer Science Business Information Systems or equivalent.
  • PMP Prince2 Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in project management with references.
  • Experience in software development environments or multidisciplinary projects.
  • Exposure to financial audit principles is a strong advantage.
