Essityislooking for an experiencedKey Account Manager- Orthopedics.In this role you will lead growth efforts in the U.S.Orthopedics market. Thisrole will concentrate ondrivinggrowthwithintargetedIDNsHospital groups largestrategic OrthopedicclinicsandOrthopedicgroups. As aKey Account Manager you will implement strategies to achieve profitable business relationships andidentifynew revenue opportunities. Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Orthopedicsyoullwork collaboratively with the StrategicAccount Management Team Marketing Lead and Sales Leadership to meet companyobjectivesandenhance brand awareness.
This will be a remote position. The ideal candidate should live near a major US international airport andbe ableto travelat least 40% per work week based around theEssity Regional structure.

- Build andmaintainstrategic relationships withtargeted IDNs strategic Orthopedic clinics and Orthopedic officesto promote brand awareness and drive revenuegrowth.
- Develop implement andmonitorcustomer-specific sales processes and Account Plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Conduct frequent analyses of customer information toidentifyrisks and opportunities and account plans.
- Collaborate with customer and internal team to negotiate contracts including terms pricing and product offerings in alignment with company strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to high-value customers by coordinating internal resources to meet their needs.
- Reassess customer prioritization annually and propose aligned business actions.
- Deliver market insights on customer needs and competitive activities to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreach tracking progress in CRM.
- Conduct in-personororvirtualcustomer meetingsas well as drive successful attendance toRegionalworkshopsas well as drive successful attendance toRegionalworkshopsto drive Orthopedic product growth.
- Introduce new products process orders and provide exceptional customer service.
- SupportRSMs and distribution partners to help drive Orthopedic revenue growth.
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales & Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in commercial account sales preferably inOrthopedics.
- Familiarity with distribution networks andpurchasingpracticesto drive distribution channel relationships and revenue growth.
- Proven success inIDNsales negotiations and sales strategy execution.
- Lead C-Level top-down selling approach and collaboration with field sales force.
- Strong communication presentation and organizational skills.
- Strong experience and skillsetwith CRM toolslikePowerBI.
- College-level athletic experience or sports background is a plus.
- Ability to travelat least40% of the time domestically.
