DescriptionWe are looking for two motivated Finance Graduates to join our UK Finance team based in Witney Oxfordshire. This threeyear structured graduate programme is designed to provide broad exposure across the UK Finance function through 12month rotational placements enabling you to build strong technical foundations develop commercial insight and identify your longterm career path within Finance.
You will work closely with experienced finance professionals in a collaborative onsite environment and gain handson experience within a global organisation. The programme includes full support for professional finance qualifications with the expectation that you are fully qualified by the end of the programme and with the aim of securing a permanent role within the business thereafter.
ResponsibilitiesOver the three years you will rotate across core and specialist areas of Finance which may include:
- General Accounting
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Controllership
- Specialist teams such as Treasury or Tax (subject to business needs)
Each rotation is designed to progressively increase responsibility technical complexity and business exposure.
Depending on your rotation responsibilities may include:
- Supporting monthly financial close activities and reporting
- Assisting with budget preparation forecasting and variance analysis
- Analysing costs and financial performance and supporting corrective actions
- Reviewing P&L summaries investigating anomalies and communicating insights
- Supporting fixed asset accounting purchasing processes and inventory activities
- Participating in process improvement and crossfunctional finance projects
- Working closely with stakeholders across Finance Operations and Supply Chain
Learning & Development
- Enrolment in a recognised professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CIMA) fully supported by the business
- Structured onthejob learning across multiple finance disciplines
- Exposure to a global business environment and senior finance leaders
- Ongoing feedback mentoring and development planning throughout the programme
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline
- 12 years experience (e.g. graduate role internship placement or financerelated role)
- Strong analytical skills and interest in building a career in Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Willingness to work onsite in Witney and rotate across finance disciplines
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Commitment to completing professional finance studies during the programme
Desirable
- Previous internship placement or work experience in Finance or Accounting
- Experience supporting budgets or financial analysis activities
- Exposure to a manufacturing supply chain or operational environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
