What we are looking for:

Were looking for a Senior Revenue Officer to join our high performing rates team. Youll be responsible for collating and entering property and land information and relevant ratings data as well as guiding and mentoring team members ensuring a positive customer experience.

What your day will look like:

Guiding coaching and mentoring the revenue services team
Assisting and supporting the revenue services team with the more complex enquiries and at peak service delivery times
Managing revenue and property rating projects with the team and facilitate continuous improvement processes and systems

Analysing the information provided by Councils Property and Commercial Services Department and the State Government

Communicating and advise the creation of new property and land records to all relevant departments in Council

What youll need for success:

Experience in a similar revenue focused position
Strong customer service skills both internally and with external customers
Proven mentoring and coaching skills
Strong problem solving and research skills
