About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Office / Travel Administrator to join our organisation who will be responsible for effectively overseeing all travel requirements and assist with general administration duties. This role will be 3 days per week based in Sydney Olympic Park and will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer.
Key responsibilities:
Your core responsibilities will be as follows:
- Work closely with travellers and dedicated external Travel Management Company to oversee travel bookings including arrangement of flights car hire transfers etc for staff who have approved travel requests.
- Reconciliation of monthly travel costs and expenses related to the master travel account
- Managing the corporate credit card program as program administrator
- Other tasks / duties as reasonably requested
- Assist with general travel insurance related queries and claims
- Assist with documentation and letters of invitation required for staff visas
- Work closely with the Office Administration team
Qualifications Skills and Experience
- Previous experience managing travel arrangements for a large number of people for both domestic and international markets
- Understand travel and visa regulations across the board.
- Knowledgeable on travel restrictions and sanctions related to travel.
- Demonstrated administration experience.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and problem-solver.
- Able to provide excellent customer service building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
