About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Office / Travel Administrator to join our organisation who will be responsible for effectively overseeing all travel requirements and assist with general administration duties. This role will be 3 days per week based in Sydney Olympic Park and will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer.


Key responsibilities:

Your core responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Work closely with travellers and dedicated external Travel Management Company to oversee travel bookings including arrangement of flights car hire transfers etc for staff who have approved travel requests.
  • Reconciliation of monthly travel costs and expenses related to the master travel account
  • Managing the corporate credit card program as program administrator
  • Other tasks / duties as reasonably requested
  • Assist with general travel insurance related queries and claims
  • Assist with documentation and letters of invitation required for staff visas
  • Work closely with the Office Administration team


Qualifications Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience managing travel arrangements for a large number of people for both domestic and international markets
  • Understand travel and visa regulations across the board.
  • Knowledgeable on travel restrictions and sanctions related to travel.
  • Demonstrated administration experience.
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and problem-solver.
  • Able to provide excellent customer service building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
