HRBP- Recruitment and Learning

VitalAire is a part of Air Liquide Group company with more than 35 years of experience in Home Respiratory Care in Portugal specializing in oxygen therapy ventilation aerosol therapy and secretion suctioning home treatments. VitalAire works daily in partnership with doctors and healthcare professionals caring for thousands of patients at home and contributing to improve their quality of life. The VitalAire team provides a quality home service recognised by its patients and respective healthcare professionals

The Human Resources department is facing new challenges caused by organizational changes in the area implementation of new tools and a very changing environment so we need someone to help us face all the tasks that these changes are generating.
The position we are looking to fill will provide support in various tasks within HR department:

- Support in the implementation of HR tools
Support in the correct implementation of MyHR (Workday)
Support in data cleaning
Management and support with the Intelex Qualification tool.
- Recruitment:
Creation of Job Requisitions in MyHR
Support in recruitment processes for both internship programs and internal processes.
Conduct candidate screening calls and organize interviews.
Participate in interviews and report preparation.
Establish collaboration agreements with universities.
- Training and qualification
Support in training follow-up tasks and reporting.
Support in organizing local courses.
KPI monitoring
- Other tasks in the HR organization area:
Updating the job catalog and job profiles
Support in participating in job fairs

Education:

HR os something similar
Soft and Hard Skills:

Must have:
Knowledge in human resources previous internship experience will be valorable
High level in the use of google sheets (excel or spreadsheets).

Nice to have:
Knowledge of MYHR tools (Workday)
Dynamic proactive person
Good communication
