The Role
We are seeking a Front-End Developer focused on optimization and experimentation. You will be a member of the development team while working cross-functionally with marketing content analytics and design to continuously improve user journeys and site performance.
This role is centered on identifying opportunities testing improvements validating results and reporting impact. You will help improve engagement usability and performance across our digital properties.

Optimization and experimentation
- Identify friction points and improvement opportunities across key user journeys.
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests.
- Partner with analytics to define hypotheses success metrics and measurement frameworks.
- Validate results and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Iterate based on data insights and user behavior.
User journey improvement
- Evaluate end-to-end page journeys to improve clarity and usability.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to refine messaging and layouts.
- Continuously test and improve conversion paths and engagement touchpoints.
- Advocate for user-centered improvements supported by data.
Front-end implementation
- Build and modify front-end components in and React to support experimentation.
- Ensure all experiments follow performance and accessibility best practices.
- Maintain clean maintainable code.
Sitecore platform contribution
- Develop working expertise in the Sitecore platform.
- Create configure and update pages using existing components.
- Stage pages for review incorporate stakeholder feedback and publish updates independently.
- Support large migration efforts and coordinated site updates.
- Assist with content authoring and help unblock the broader team during priority initiatives.
Reporting and impact measurement
- Document experiments results and learnings.
- Report on key performance metrics and business impact.
- Share insights with stakeholders across marketing and development.
- Help establish a structured experimentation and optimization roadmap.
What you bring
- 2 to 4 or more years of front-end development experience.
- Experience with React and Typescript.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
- Understanding of user experience principles and digital best practices.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
- Strong communication skills.
