Job Summary

GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

A Carpenter Foreman position in Charlotte NCis available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous carpentry experience. As a carpenter foreman you will coordinate operations and oversee workers at a construction site. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors you will be a key person for the completion of a project.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
Follow project plans and schedules to ensure that crews meet production goals.
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
Drive job site safety and promote safety culture.
Assist in cost control.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience as a form carpenter.
Knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
Ability to communicate and report effectively.
Ability to work from heights.
Understand blueprint drawings and specifications.
Must be willing to work overtime.
