Job Summary
Qualifications
A valid NYS drivers license required. Minimum 5 years trade experience. Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues related to the trade. Ability to climb ladders and work on various mechanical lifts. Ability to sit stand squat kneel climb crawl and lift items in excess of 50 lbs. Work well with others in area as well as with other trades. Respond to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns. Perform all job duties in adherence with University and departmental safety guidelines. Maintain a positive attitude and communicates effectively with colleagues supervisors staff faculty and students. Must be available for overtime and emergencies as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Snow plowing experience preferred.
