A dynamic brand manager who leads the execution of Aquaphors Lip strategic brand plan collaborates extremely well across departments and has a strong pulse in culture. Reports to the Senior Brand Manager Aquaphor Lip & Baby.
Responsibilities:
Business: Leads development of Aquaphor Lip Marketing Plan to achieve top line sales profit and market share. Works on the BDF readiness go to market strategies and activation opportunities
S&OP: Responsible for Brand Health supports Consensus partners with Supply on brand forecasts and R&O assessment.
Innovation: Scopes and sizes new launches ensuring stakeholders alignment assessing Financial viability and supports Gate process submission. Works closely with Sales Strategy on NPI process
Market Analysis: Responsible for brand and competitive insights and performance analysis to inform brand strategies and tactics.
Budget: Management and quarterly monitoring to stay on track
Brand Creative: Accountable for adaptation of Global creative. Ensures implementation of brand guidelines across IAT.
Delivery: OTIF all pre-determined fundamental assets list (FAL) identified with the iComm (inc Shopper and eCom)
Media Comms: Collaborates with IAT on development of agency briefs for full funnel media planning
Influencer: Collaborates with Sr Manager Consumer Digital on development of agency briefs for full funnel media planning
Social Media: Influences with a focus on culture. The Brand Manager is plugged into whats trending knows where the conversation is happening with our target consumers evolving skincare routines.
Consumer Insights: Be able to translate those insights into refined plans and new consumer targets
Go to Market: Partners with Commercial to infuse compelling storytelling into sell in programs NPD launches and line reviews
Professional Marketing: Partners with Medical Marketing to translate brand strategy into medical plans to drive Dermatologists recommendations.
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Science based degree and/or Marketing (MBA a plus).
Minimum 5 years marketing/brand management experience
Experience in beauty skincare or personal care categories a plus
Strong strategic analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in all areas of marketing including the ability to provide analytical insights develop and implement marketing programs
Experience in Commercial strategy and ability to build relationships with sales
Ability to innovate develop and execute against all product initiatives
Must be results-oriented self-starter demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate others.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions work independently and take initiative when appropriate
Creative thinking and flexibility - ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Digital and e-commerce experience is preferred.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize projects as necessary
Experience in financial analysis and strong skillset in P&L SOI and Budget management.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Nielsen and/or IRI/Circana SAP experience extremely helpful
