Description
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5 years applied addition demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
- Experience leading technology projects & managing technologists.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise inReact(components hooks state management testing)Pythonand backend databases (schema design SQL indexing query optimization; e.g. Oracle AWS RDS)
- Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD Application Resiliency and Security
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers set coding standards and elevate code quality across teams
