Job Summary
Teaching assignment will be a core subject. Assignment will be finalized after student registration is completed. Manage and supervise athletic activities contests and practice sessions to promote individual growth in athletic skills teamwork discipline respect and good a variety of instructional techniques and media to meet the needs and improve the abilities of student the development promotion and recruitment for the Basketball and Cross Country with other members of school staff to plan and put in place instructional goals and objectives to ensure the overall educational development of student together with all coaches toward a common goal within the athletics program and work with peewee program to build up the future of Panther performance criteria for competition and evaluate students athletic abilities initially and on a regular a regular practice schedule and organize practice time to provide both individual and team a preseason meeting with all student athletes and parents before the first official effectively and consistently with all parents on practice times events as well as rescheduled game strategy based on the teams and enforce student eligibility criteria for extracurricular and enforce student discipline during athletic contests practice sessions and while on trips off school property. Communicate effectively and consistently with all parents sportsmanlike conduct in all phases of athletic participation at all times and hold athletes accountable to those all necessary precautions to protect student athletes equipment and facilities including protecting students from hazing/ and secure all basketball equipment and process of cleaning repairing and storing all athletic records to ensure compliance with all pertinent AAA regulations including eligibility forms transfer forms and grade reports and ensure that regulations are required
