University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated OccupationalHomecare Therapist with Kinnser experience to provide exceptional in-home therapy services in Southgate and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Utilize Kinnser software for accurate documentation and scheduling.
- Provide home-based occupational therapy treatments that promote patient independence and recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain compliance with company policies state regulations and healthcare standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapist license and certification.
- Experience with Kinnser software is required.
- Proven ability to provide homecare services in Ida and surrounding areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
