Qualifications
5 years of Director-level or higher leadership experience in home health operations (required)
Hospice leadership experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years overseeing multi-site or regional operations
Proven experience driving census growth operational performance and financial results
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within home health and hospice services
Demonstrated ability to lead regional leadership teams and mentor Executive Directors
Knowledge of the Chicago and greater Illinois healthcare market preferred
Responsibilities
Provide executive-level leadership and strategic oversight for multiple home health and hospice agencies
Lead and support Regional Vice Presidents Executive Directors and site leadership teams
Drive census growth and support regional business development strategies
Ensure compliance with all federal state and regulatory requirements across the portfolio
Maintain and improve quality metrics patient outcomes and operational performance
Oversee financial performance including labor management budgeting and cost containment
Lead operational initiatives that improve efficiency patient experience and organizational performance
Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning market expansion and long-term growth initiatives
