Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Code 14 Driver to join our team at Msuez Uk in Durban South Africa. As a Code 14 Driver you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from our clients locations to their designated destinations. Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain company vehicles in a safe and professional manner - Load and unload goods onto the truck using proper equipment and techniques - Plan and follow the most efficient route to ensure timely delivery of goods - Communicate with dispatch and clients to provide updates on delivery status - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road - Keep accurate records of deliveries and any incidents that may occur - Assist with the loading and unloading of goods at the clients location if necessary - Maintain a clean and organized truck at all times - Follow company policies and procedures for safe and efficient transportation of goods Requirements: - Valid Code 14 drivers license - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Code 14 Driver - Good knowledge of routes and roads in Durban and surrounding areas - Ability to operate and maintain various types of trucks and equipment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Clean driving record - Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed Contract Details: This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
