The primary duties for this role will be to:
Safely operate company vehicles in line with traffic regulations.
Transport staff clients and packages to various locations on time.
Assist with the loading and unloading of items as required.
Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy by conducting daily inspections and reporting any issues.
Complete and maintain accurate travel logs fuel usage and maintenance records.
Be able to arrange for the service of company vehicles when required.
Report any accidents potential delivery delays or emergencies promptly.
This role will also provide office admin support as follows:
Dispense and monitor stock control of office items (refreshments stationery and water coolers).
Perform regular Inspections of electrical appliances and report any faults.
Assist with the preparation of packages to be couriered with external service providers.
Liaise with service providers when required either telephonically or via email to follow up on outstanding orders or to arrange for services.
Perform other general ad hoc duties as requested by management which will include administrative tasks errands collecting/delivering documents or assisting other departments when required.
