Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Transport & Deliveries
Safely transport staff materials and equipment to designated locations
Collect and deliver packages and documents as required
Plan and adjust routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals
Vehicle Management
Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle
Perform routine vehicle checks and report any faults or damages
Ensure the vehicle is always parked safely and legally
Administration
Maintain accurate trip logs and travel records
Report any incidents fines or accidents promptly
Communication
Interact professionally with internal staff suppliers and clients
Provide excellent customer service at all times
