Role Overview

As a Content Moderator you will assess and process platform-related requests and content in line with internal policies and quality standards. This role focuses on accuracy consistency and strict adherence to established procedures without exposure to sensitive material.

Key Responsibilities

Review platform content user requests and system alerts to ensure they meet internal guidelines (non-sensitive content)
Consistently apply company policies and procedures to uphold platform quality and reliability
Accurately record actions taken and update case information in internal systems
Detect errors inconsistencies or areas for process improvement and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of cases and aligned workflows
Stay up to date with policy updates tools and operational procedures
Provide insights and feedback to support continuous improvement of processes tools and overall efficiency

Qualifications

Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
Skills: Strong analytical communication and problem-solving abilities.
