What can you expect:
As a Innovation Product Owner you will work with three 4-person squads to build features proofs of concept (PoCs) and applications for use by business users or technical teams. You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of innovative products and solutions within the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering teams business product management and the broader organization to define and prioritize the backlog of PoCs experiments GenAI product enhancements and new products. Additionally you will contribute to defining product strategy vision and roadmap ensuring that our products align with the companys goals for innovation and growth.
We will count on you to:
- Work with Business Units to collect requirements
- Use business requirements to create actionable user stories which have measurable acceptance criteria
- Assist in tracking dependencies and managing backlogs
- Oversee development timelines delivery timelines customer care and deployment strategies
- Working with the developers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline
- Assist with the communication to customers of production availability and function/feature
- Maintain an actionable and prioritized backlog comprised of features for the business features for technology and technical enablers

- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server or ADO a plus
