Receive booking & clarify booking with vendor send local SOP to all new customers for their easy guide
接受委托并与供应商确认委托向新客户发送操作流程Guiding vendors through local procedures (incl. Customs Stuffingetc.)与供应商梳理操作流程Responsible to check and create shipper & consignee account number for every shipment within 2 days upon receiving the Booking Order收到委托2天之内核实并建立收发货人CODEOrganize shipment operations: Book and confirm space with carrier ( keep client/supervisor/overseas informed about any vessel delay or cancellation; timely escalation in case of space problems)
订舱并确认仓位任何撤销或者延误及时通知客户海外代理主管仓位问题要及时上报
Trucking arrangementWarehouse stuffing arrangementCustoms clearance monitoringProactively solving any problems during operation process (keep client/supervisor informed about any custom survey extra surcharge occurred carriers off load or short ship arrangement)
卡车协议仓库协议装箱协议清关协议预见性的解决操作过程中出现的问题.如遇报关验货额外费用产生船公司甩货或者短装要及时通知客户和上级主管)
Pre-alert to related party strictly according to the SOP
预报发送严格执行SOP
Tracing shipment till ATA
追踪货物直到货物到港
Finish whole operation procedure include freight settlement with client
完成全部出口操作包括送货和与客户进行运费结算
Timely update CW1 system according to relative SOP and guideline
根据相关SOP和指南及时更新CW1系统
Keep supervisor informed on any unusual situation and trouble case occurred for daily operation
日常操作中遇到的问题及时通知主管
Back up for other team members during their absence and annual leave
组内同事外出或年假做好替补工作
Other tasks assigned by manager
完成经理分配的其他工作
