Business Operations Intern

Role summary - As a Business Operations Intern in the CN & APAC Enterprise team you will support Enterprise commercial operations and strategic initiatives in CN and APAC regions.

Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen China

Part-time(Internship)

What youll do:

• Support team performance tracking including KPI monitoring reporting and insights generation
• Extract organize and analyze data to support business analysis and identify key issues or opportunities
• Assist in building dashboards reports and business review materials
• Work closely with team members to support deep-dive analysis on business performance and strategic topics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Product Operations Marketing) to follow up on internal projects and ensure smooth execution
• Help streamline internal processes and improve reporting efficiency
• Support ad-hoc analysis and operational tasks as needed

Who you are:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student (Business Economics Data or related fields preferred)
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work in an international environment
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel required; SQL / BI tools are a plus)
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability; comfortable working with data
• Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders
• A proactive detail-oriented and responsible team player
• Experience in student organizations projects or leadership roles is a plus
