As a key member of our customer service department you will act as the vital bridge between our global clients local dealers and the corporate team. You will handle a wide range of inquiries providing creative solutions and high-level support to ensure a premium experience.
This position offers a hybrid lifestyle giving you the flexibility of working 3 days remotely and spending 2 days on-site at our modern high-tech office in the heart of Ghent.
- Multilingual Inquiry Management: You will be the voice of the brand responding to incoming calls emails and chat messages. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Creative Problem-Solving: You wont just follow a script; you will identify the root cause of customer issues and provide effective personalized solutions.
- Precise Documentation: You will accurately track customer journeys and solutions in our CRM system ensuring data is up-to-date for your international colleagues.
- Product Expertise: You will undergo continuous learning to maintain a deep understanding of our automotive products services and new technical developments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with sales logistics and technical support departments to ensure complex issues are resolved seamlessly.
While prior experience in a customer-centric role is an advantage it is not a strict requirement. We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure you are fully prepared to excel from day one.

- Language Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in German and Dutch is mandatory. You will be the primary contact for these specific markets.
- Internal Communication: A strong command of English (B2 level or higher) is required for internal training team meetings and collaboration with your international peers.
