Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Measurement of quantities including checking of juniors measured quantities
- Preparation of tender documents including bills of quantities
- Preparation of cost estimates in various stage
- Check evaluate and verification of progress claims
- Preparation of Pre-Tender Estimate (PTE) benchmarked against previous projects
- Finalization of accounts
- Involve in Tender Process with adherence to the approved tender procedures.
- Tracking and update overall development tendering packages and award.
- Ensure a clear audit trail of activities is maintained with proper filing and record keeping.
- Dealing and communicate with Vendors Consultants Development Team Engineering Team & End-users.
- Assist and provide support to Contract Management Team.
- Assist in reviewing tender documents for discrepancies and detail contents.
- Participate in the site visit tender openings etc.
- Assist in preparation for recommendation presentation and award.
- Assist in reviewing of final contract document before official binding signing and stamping.
- Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Quantity Survey with 2 - 4 years relevant working experience
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Resourceful with market knowledge and able to recommend new qualified contractors to participate in the tender.
- Computer literate in MS-Office
- Proactive strong communication and interpersonal
- Past involvement and experiences in the tendering and procurement(development) would be an added advantage.
