Role Overview:

The paralegal will support the Secretarial and Legal teams by providing execution-focusedassistanceon corporate secretarial regulatory and documentation matters across thecompany and its group entities. The role is designed to ensuretimelyaccurate and well-organised handling of day-to-day compliance and documentation requirements.

Job description:

• Provide documentation and administrative support for corporate secretarial and legal matters including preparation collation formatting and filing of routine documents.

• Assistwith data collation and information requests for audits regulatory filings due diligence exercises and internal reviews.

• Maintain and update statutory records registers compliance trackers and filing calendars for the Company and its group entities.

• Track deadlines approvals and action items and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensuretimelycompletion.

• Support preparation and circulation of routine Board Committee and Shareholder documentation including notices agendas and minutes under supervision.

• Coordinate with external advisors consultants and service providers for routine information exchange and document sharing.

• Assist with MCA RBI and other regulatory filings by preparing supporting documentation and trackers under senior guidance.

• Maintain document repositories data rooms and version control to ensure accuracy accessibility and audit readiness.

• Provide logistical and coordination support for ongoing compliance and governance processes asrequired.

Education & Experience:

• CS qualification or pursuing CSLLB or equivalent legal qualificationwill be a plus.

• 2-3yearsrelevantexperienceand who isavailable to joinimmediately.

• Working knowledge of Companies Act and basic FEMA/RBI compliance.

• Excellent communicationinterpersonal skillsand shouldhave a proactive attitude.
