We are looking for a Safety Manager with following duties and requirements:

As a Safety Manager we rely on you to:
作为酒店安全经理需承担以下主要工作职责
1. Support General Manager to oversee and manage Hotels Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) program and initiatives
2. Become the member of Hotels OHS committee to disseminate and communicate OHS matters
safety programs ensure compliance with regulations and policiesidentify hazards investigate incidents and manage safety documentation to maintain a safe environment and prevent accidents
4. Making sure that the Hotel FLS systems comply with local fire safety codes and regulations and corresponding Government permits & certificates are secured;
5. Making sure that Hotel FLS performance complies with the required Corporate Policy standards and procedures;
6. Planning and implementing FLS systems inspection testing and maintenanceITM;
7. Assist the main person in charge in fulfilling the responsibilities of safety production management and be responsible for the organization comprehensive management and daily supervision of safety production work;
8. Take charge of the daily safety management work organize the safety production management institutions and safety production managers of the unit to carry out their tasks and supervise and guide the emergency plan drills and revision work for production safety accidents of the unit.

4确保酒店消防生命安全系统符合当地消防安全规章制度并获得相关的政府许可及证书
5确保酒店消防生命安全工作符合集团政策标准与程序的规定
6计划与实施酒店消防生命安全系统的检查测试与保养
7协助主要负责人履行安全生产管理职责对安全生产工作负有组织实施综合管理和日常监督的责任
8主持日常安全管理工作组织本单位安全生产管理机构和安全生产管理人员开展工作监督指导本单位生产安全事故应急预案演练与修订工作
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备
1. Be familiar with fire safety laws and regulations as well as industry standards and possess knowledge and experience related to fire safety management.
2. Possess strong abilities in risk identification and emergency handling and be able to calmly deal with unexpected incidents;
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills capable of working efficiently with various departments and external organizations;
4. Strong sense of responsibility meticulous in details capable of independently handling fire safety management work;
5. Possess certain training capabilities and be able to effectively organize the dissemination of fire safety knowledge and conduct training on fire skills.

2具备较强的风险识别与应急处理能力能冷静应对突发事件
3良好的沟通协调能力能与各部门及外部机构高效合作
