Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client banking needs
- Identify opportunities to provide tailored banking solutions and services
- Manage and monitor client accounts ensuring accurate records and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking services
- Assist in onboarding new institutional clients and maintaining documentation
- Prepare reports financial statements and account summaries for clients
- Conduct financial analysis to support credit or service recommendations
- Monitor account performance and flag potential risks or opportunities
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies banking regulations and BSP guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes
- Support risk assessment and mitigation initiatives for institutional accounts
- Identify potential business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts
- Participate in meetings and presentations to promote banking solutions
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align client offerings with their needs
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
- 25 years of experience in banking corporate finance or financial services
- Strong understanding of institutional banking products and services
- Knowledge of BSP regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
