You will supportExpedited AI Tool Evaluation & Rolloutone of the key strategic initiatives inSAPs globalDeveloper Experience program.

Support theExpedited AI Tool Evaluation & Rollout (EATER)initiative by helping assess document and scale industryleading AI tools that enhance productivity quality and developer experience across SAPs global product and engineering organizations.

Contribute toAI tool evaluation frameworks including new development AI tool requests research synthesizing feedback from product engineering teams and supporting data-driven recommendationsto our top executivesfor adoption.

Assistwithtrials pilots and global rolloutsof approved AI tools by coordinating onboarding materialscreatingenablement content and internal communications.

Help createclear documentation playbooks and guidanceto help development teams adopt AI tools efficiently and responsibly.

Supportcross-functional collaborationbetweenourDeveloper Experienceteam Product Engineering Security Legal and other stakeholders involved in AI tool enablement.

Help trackoutcomes and continuous improvementsignals (e.g. adoption insights qualitative feedback productivity indicators) to inform future AI tooling decisions.

Provide support in preparingpresentations summaries and demosthat communicate findings progress and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences and stakeholders including leadership.

Currently pursuing anundergraduate ormasters degreeinBusinessInformation SystemsappliedComputer Science InformaticsHCIor a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explainkeyconcepts to diverse audiences.

Comfortablepresenting ideas insights and recommendationsin meetings workshops and written deliverables.

Abasic understanding of product engineering workflows software development lifecycles andcontinuous improvement practices.

Some hands-on exposure toindustryleading AI tools( GitHub Copilot etc.) and curiosityto try out new toolsandhow they are applied responsibly at scale.

Analytical and structured mindset with interest inevaluating tools synthesizing feedback and supporting datainformed decisions.

Self-driven collaborative and eager to learn in afastpacedcrossfunctionalenvironment focused on improving developer experience.
