Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial electrical construction to lead and oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets schedules subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of commercial electrical construction projects including planning execution and closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and forecasts
Review project plans specifications and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility
Coordinate with general contractors subcontractors vendors and internal teams
Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks delays and cost overruns
Ensure compliance with local state and federal electrical codes and safety regulations
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
Manage change orders RFIs and submittals
Track labor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Support estimating team during bid and preconstruction phases as needed
