Our site inHillsboro ORis seekingSupervisor Quality Labto join our team.The Quality Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the staff supervision and daily operations of QA and QC laboratory units engaged in analyses and tests required for quality control of processes and products qualifications of continuous improvement projects and technical research support. Utilizes Performance Based Management principles and techniques to develop the quality lab techs analytical knowledge and laboratory skills. The Quality Lab Supervisor ensures the daily operations of the laboratory units within the assigned area of responsibility are providing accurate and reliable test data and analyses in a timely manner.This role requires strong leadership skills technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You willoverseea team of lab quality technicians to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

What Youll Do:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all laboratory staff.

• Manage train mentor and support ateam of Quality technicians supporting Quality testing for production engineering and materials qualification in a 24/7 production facility.

• Ensure scheduling of all tests for IQC in-process Production samples and final Quality analysis is performed in an accurate and timely manner.

• Support test requirements generated during the commercialization of new products and non-standard test requests.

• Supervise assigned technicians to ensure the laboratories maximize effective utilization of equipment and resources.

• Identify analytical and physical testing strengths and development needs of all direct reports using performance-based management techniques and provide direction for employees on special projects and prioritize sample analyses.

• Oversee inventory management including ordering supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels.

• Partner with the Engineering Procurement and Materials teams to ensure qualityofdrive process improvements for and control inventory of critical raw materials.

• Develop working knowledge of all elements of lab systems to be the process expert in lab metrology procedures and best practices.

• Develop improveand implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.

• Support the Quality Manager with scheduling of testing and analyses of customer technical requests.

• Review test results and analyses of final laboratory reports.

• Participate in regular global meetings to share best-known methods and continuous improvement activities.

• Coordinate with external vendors contractors and service providers as needed.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records reports and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Work with lab and manufacturing personnel to adjust production batches and resolve quality issues.

• Investigate and address quality complaints identifying causes and implementing corrective actions including process improvements to enhance agreement on customer and production needs.

• Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity by conducting data validation regular audits and implementing data quality checks

• Develop and publish key performance metrics for the health of theEntegrisQualityecosystemforthe Hillsboro plant.

What We Seek:

• Bachelors degree ina relevantscientific discipline (e.g. Biology Chemistry Biochemistry) or equivalent experiencedesirable

• Experience in a manufacturingorlaboratory settingpreferablywith at least1year of experience in aleadershiprole.

• Strong understanding of laboratory operations including equipment maintenance calibration and troubleshooting.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality assurance tools (e.g. Six Sigma Lean principles)

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. ISO) relevant to laboratory operations.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team

• This operation runs 24/7/365. Support for the team on this schedule may require flexibility outside of normal business hours.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed to accommodate project timelines or operational demands.
