Location: Denver Metro & Northern Colorado Company: Blueprint Skilled Services

Blueprint Skilled Services is a local Colorado company connecting skilled tradespeople with General Contractors for a variety of projects Such as-Apartment Buildings Schools Hospitals Hotels Government Projects and more. Were looking for a friendly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team.

What Youll Do:
Connect with skilled tradespeople (electricians carpenters laborers helpers etc.)
Match the right people to the right job sites
Build lasting relationships with both workers and our construction clients
Thrive in a fast-paced energetic office environment

What We Offer:
Full-time schedule (options like 6:30 AM3:30 PM or 8:00 AM5:00 PM)
Paid time off (PTO)
Base salary commission (Great earning potential!)

What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and listening skills
Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
Some office experience is a plus-but training is provided!
Flexibility to be on call occasionally (construction doesnt always stick to 95)
