We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead HFM /Associate Director Software Engineering Specialist
In this role you will:
- Influence key stakeholders to ensure detailed designs are delivered as robust scalable and reusable solutions while clearly communicating design decisions and rationale.
- Conduct comprehensive technical analysis of projects changes and production implementations to support informed decision-making.
- Lead product development and oversee production support to ensure alignment with project requirements and successful delivery.
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver; execute tests analyse results report defects and automate workflows where possible.
- Evaluate system performance diagnose issues and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed test plans scenarios and reports to ensure clarity and transparency for all stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to support project and operational needs.
To be successful you will:
- Strong & Robust expertise in the administration of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and FDMEE complemented by a strong background in designing and implementing IT infrastructure architectures. Possesses practical hands-on experience in managing upgrades of EPM Hyperion Financial Management releases.
- Proficiency in designing developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Solid background in automation testing including test execution results analysis and prompt defect reporting.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Ansible G3 and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with monitoring tools interpreting performance metrics and proficiency in LoadRunner (LRT) or similar load testing tools.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Must understand ITSO roles and responsibilities.
- Good to have knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development and rules scripting.
