We are looking for a Legal Intern to support our Project Area which works closely with various business units and contributes to the development and followup of initiatives offering guidance throughout different stages of the project cycle. The opportunity would give you broad exposure to corporate processes coordination with internal stakeholders and participation in negotiations and project-related activities.

Responsabilities

  • Participate in providing legal advice on projects related to renewable energies energy infrastructure M&A and commercial construction and regulatory contracts.
  • Collaborate in the review drafting and negotiation of contracts under the supervision of the legal team.
  • Support corporate governance activities including powers of attorney corporate documentation and internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Law or a double degree in Law Business Administration.
  • Currently studying Masters in Access to the Legal Profession or similar (with an internship agreement available).
  • Ability to draft review and understand complex legal documents.
  • Specific interest in commercial corporate energy regulatory public procurement and/or M&A law all of which are key areas in the departments daily work.
  • High level of English.
  • Proactive person with strong analytical skills business awareness and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Teamoriented mindset and ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary environment.
