About the Role

The Commercial Strategy Analyst Intern will be part of the analytical engine behind Glovos XL business performance. As part of the Commercial Strategy team - a new and strategic capability within Glovo - you will get hands-on exposure to how data drives decisions in one of the companys most important verticals.

This is not a coffee-and-slides internship. From day one youll contribute to real work: helping build the tools our commercial teams depend on supporting our performance cadences and turning data into insights that reach senior leadership. Youll work closely with the XL commercial team finance and operations.

What youll do

• Support the build and maintenance of analytical infrastructure - dashboards trackers and performance tools that help the team understand whats happening across the business.

• Contribute to our business performance cadence - help prepare weekly monthly and quarterly reviews for the XL vertical ensuring data is accurate timely and tells a clear story.

• Monitor KPIs and flag anomalies - help identify trends spot whats off and dig into root causes so the team can act quickly.

• Help translate data into recommendations - package findings into clear concise outputs for commercial and leadership audiences.

• Support planning cycles - contribute to forecasting and QBR processes with solid well-structured analysis.

• Propose improvements - if you spot a smarter way to do something say so.

Qualifications :

What you bring

• Currently pursuing (or recently graduated) a degree in Business Economics Engineering or a related field.

• Analytical mindset with a genuine curiosity for business - you like understanding why things happen not just what happened.

• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets). SQL or BI tools (Tableau Looker Amplitude) are a plus.

• Clear communicator - you can explain what a number means not just show it.

• Organised and reliable - you take ownership of what youre asked to deliver and dont drop the ball.

• Proactive by nature - you dont wait to be told what the next step is.

• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where things change quickly.

• Native in Spanish and fluent in English.
