Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities
负责接单接收录入和整合并与计划部门和生产团队保沟通协调
根据生产能力和需求计划及时完成生产的日常调度包括工单和标签的准备并确保正确的调度以支持生产实现生产力目标关键绩效指标生产力生产调度的坚持最大限度地提高效率优化内部资源/设施的使用同时保留足够的灵活性以确保所有客户的需求得到及时和成本效益的满足
与各职能部门包括供应链CS技术生产维修QC仓库等保持积极沟通确保工单按时足额完成同时考虑材料计划和关键设备的预防性维修计划KPIOTIF
管理完成关单和损耗报告对损耗大的工单进行追踪和分析原因每周和每月完成关单和损耗报告及EPM KPI产量损失工单关闭率EPM数据收集和输入及时性
管理完成生产数据及时准确录入以及员工绩效和出勤报告的完成同时完成每周和每月的生产绩效的分析报告并提出改进机会; KPI及时输入数据和完成报告以协助经理做出有效决策
落实完成ALPS和质量体系相关工作并主动识别和发出提高性能和效率的机会 KPIALPS/QA任务的完成情况
准备和监测订单的执行和交付过程并对最终的中断进行预测提供实用的解决方案来解决问题
熟悉并遵守所有适用的公司以及现场和实验室的政策/程序涉及个人行为HSE和产品安全与监管事务PSRA标准
完成公司或上级安排的其他工作
Experience
专科或本科学历3年及以上相关工作经验
熟悉涂料行业产品和原材料 有涂料行业经验更佳
熟悉规划流程能够与各种利益相关者建立牢固的关系
良好的沟通和解决问题的能力
良好的计算机办公软件技能
良好的英语听说读写能力
高度的责任感 可在高压下工作
