Job Summary

ASPIReis looking for aProgram Management Internto support our global Accelerator for social entrepreneurs. This role focuses on helping deliver highquality program experiences supporting Mission Teams and Fellows and ensuring smooth coordination across a global distributed team.

You will support core accelerator activities such as project coordination event preparation documentation and progress tracking. You will also contribute to learning and experimentation around new AI-based tools and approaches that strengthen how Fellows reflect plan and scale their impactworking closely with the team to capture insights organize outputs and improve daytoday program is a handson role for someone who is organized thoughtful and motivated by contributing to meaningful social change while learning how global programs are designed and run.

What Youll Do:

Support Mission Teams and Fellows throughout their accelerator journey ensuring they are connected informed and supported.
Assistwith planning and running key activities and events including workshops and global convenings.
Support program operations by organizing documentation tracking progress and helping teams stay aligned.
Support the use of an AIenabled tool within the accelerator by helping organize outputs track engagement document learnings and support smooth daytoday implementation in collaboration with the team.

What You Bring:

Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field
Highly organized conscientious and attentive to detail.
Proactive reliable and comfortable working in dynamic earlystage initiatives.
Curious and excited to learn about AI tools for social impact even without a technical background.
Strong communicationskills and comfort using digital collaboration tools.
Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
Strong interest in social entrepreneurship systems change and global impact.
Available fulltime or parttime ideally for12 months(minimum6 months).
