Deputy Home Manager
In this Deputy Home Manager role youll help lead a residential care home for older adults where maintaining high standards of care is a daily priority. Working alongside the Home Manager youll support the team oversee care delivery and help keep the service operating at the level that has earned it a Good CQC rating.
Before You Apply
- This role requires recent experience as a Deputy Home Manager within elderly residential care.
- Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- This position is not suitable for candidates without supervisory experience in a care home setting.
