The Role
We are seeking a proactive and communicative Working Student Recruitment & Active Sourcing Support to help us scale our world-class this role you will be the talent scout of Mindpeak identifying the best minds in AI Engineering and Medicine. You will work closely with our HR and Recruiting team gaining deep insights into modern HR tech and international recruitment strategies in a fast-paced Health-Tech environment.
Your Responsibilities
Active Sourcing: Identify and approach potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks to build a steady talent pipeline.
Candidate Management: Manage applications within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Initial Screening: Conduct initial evaluations of profiles and CVs to match them against our specific job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers acting as a reliable point of contact throughout the process.
Job Posting: Create post and update job advertisements on various job boards and social media channels.
Recruitment Projects: Assist in employer branding initiatives and help optimize our sourcing strategies through data and research.
Your Profile
Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration Psychology Social Sciences or a related field (ideally with a focus on HR).
Experience: Work experience in Recruiting (e.g. Internship at Recruitment Agency) is a plus
Motivation: High level of commitment and a genuine interest in how AI is transforming the healthcare sector.
Active Sourcing Mindset: You enjoy the hunt for talent and have a knack for writing personalized engaging messages that stand out.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
Organization: A structured and detail-oriented way of working; you can keep your cool even when managing multiple open positions.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern tools (Google Workspace LinkedIn Recruiter) and quick to learn new software.
Interpersonal Skills: A professional friendly demeanor and a hands-on mentality.
