As an intern in the Global Sales Team you will support our international sales team with both strategic and operational tasks. Your focus will be on structuring and professionalizing our global sales documentation as well as providing organizational support for key sales formats.
Your Tasks:
- You will help create and standardize a global sales deck and incorporate best practice approaches from various regions.
- You will prepare existing content from different formats (PowerPoint Excel Word PDF) ensuring clear structure and professional design.
- You will analyze and improve the teams SharePoint structure develop an optimized layout and structure concept implement this in a test environment and support its rollout to the live system.
- You will contribute to the development of a unified filing logic for sales documents and support the organization of content in MS Teams SharePoint and Salesforce in order to create globally accessible and transparent materials.
- You will assist in the organizational and content preparation of the Global Sales Meeting (Autumn 2026) create presentations agendas and background materials and support the execution of the event.
Your Profile
- You are studying Industrial Engineering Business Administration International Business Marketing Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field.
- You have a strong interest in international B2B sales and industrial market environments.
- You are highly proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Your working style is structured meticulous and independent.
- You have a high affinity for digital tools collaboration platforms and document management.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex content in an understandable way set You apart.
- Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken complete Your profile.
