The Transplant Nurse Coordinator for the Pre-Kidney and Pancreas Tranplant Service is responsible for the care coordination of 200-250 pre-kidney and pancreas transplant recipients. This role involves triaging of calls attending and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team attending evaluation clinic each week colalborating with the living donor kidney transplant team prior authorization for testing pre-transplant education and support post-operative care education reviewing labs collaboration of consults and consents and pre-transplant counseling and support.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from Accredited Nursing Program
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license
- BLS CPR certification
- 3-5 years of acute care RN work experience required; Transplant RN experience strongly preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 46.57/hour - Maximum 72.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
