About the role
The P2P Catalogue Data Analyst will ensure successfully executing the tasks associated to the eP2P implementation by high-quality service of the processed data handled by the described processes and procedures. Also comply with the level of service defined and required (agreed SLAs/KPIs).
Responsibilities:
eP2P supplier enablement:
- Create electronic signature (e.g. DocuSign) requests based on pre-populated contract Terms & Conditions and send to a pre-defined list of suppliers for their sign-on. Supplier contact details and contract documents will be provided by the client;
- Archive signed contracts and prepare documents for mass upload in the vendor management system (e.g. Coupa) at a later stage;
- Maintaining a database with up-to-date contracts documentation and suppliers data.
- Mass upload of contract records in the vendor management system
eP2P content creation
- Testing of punch-out e-catalogues in the vendor management system
- Testing of hosted e-catalogues in the vendor management system incl. UNSPSC codes / taxonomy
- Liaise with in-scope suppliers to deliver the supplier enablement task
Other eP2P implementation related tasks
- Other ad hoc tasks in relation to the roll-out of the eP2P solution
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in business process administration and operations
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent communication in English (Verbal and Written)
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM electronic signatures and vendor management systems is considered an advantage.
- Highly motivated towards achieving targets and customer satisfaction
- Good team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
