- Produce the best quality food items available.
- Work closely with the Service Leader Chef de Partie to assure a smooth operation in all aspects of the Kitchen.
- Has a helpful attitude to extend beyond guests expectations.
- In charge of any area at any time
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience in an International Hotel or a high calibre Restaurant is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in international cuisine.
- Knowledgeable in good practice of Hygiene and Sanitation.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
- Displays initiative and creativity.
- Guest-oriented team player and has eye for details.
- Has a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Culinary Department
